By accessing or using the Get a Fixer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

Get a Fixer acts as a marketplace to connect homeowners (Clients) with local tradespeople (Fixers). We are a facilitator of connections and are not a party to the actual contract between the Client and the Fixer.

3. User Obligations

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when posting a job or creating a Fixer profile.
• Conduct: Users must act in good faith. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or unauthorized solicitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Verification and Trust

While we implement a verification process, Get a Fixer does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Fixers. Fixers operate as independent contractors, and you acknowledge that Get a Fixer does not employ these professionals.

5. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes regarding the work performed must be resolved directly between the Client and the Fixer. Get a Fixer is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or the services provided by third parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
